Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients and to respect my schedule, I kindly ask that you review the following policy.
**24-Hour Cancellation Notice**
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least **24 hours' notice**. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting.
**Late Cancellations**
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of the service you booked.
**No-Call, No-Show**
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notifying me will be charged **100% of the scheduled service cost**.
As a small business owner, this is my livelihood. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot usually be filled, resulting in lost income. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, just as I respect yours.
**Emergencies**
